Service Area

Where a vehicle is sitting affects how it can be moved and whether it can be collected at all, so the request form asks for the ZIP code of the vehicle itself.

Step 1 of 5: Vehicle

Your vehicle

Online and phone estimates are preliminary. The final offer is confirmed after vehicle details, ownership documentation, location, and condition are verified. There are no obligations to accept an offer.

Confirmed coverage

The following areas are confirmed as covered:

  • North Port
  • Port Charlotte
  • Punta Gorda
  • Venice
  • Englewood
  • Wellen Park
  • Rotonda West
  • Nokomis
  • Osprey
  • Sarasota
  • Lakewood Ranch
  • Arcadia
  • Fort Myers
  • North Fort Myers
  • Cape Coral
  • Lehigh Acres
  • Estero
  • Bonita Springs

The area worked is roughly 70 miles around North Port, which covers most of Southwest Florida between North Port and Fort Myers, including the towns in between.

Service availability depends on vehicle location and towing availability.

If your location is not listed, submit the request with your ZIP code anyway. The list above is the coverage that has been confirmed; anything outside it is decided case by case.

Areas with their own section of this site

A page for a town that is not actually covered is worse than no page, and a page differing from another only by the place name is worse still. That has not changed. What has changed is that some of these areas now have enough genuinely specific information — which county administers a title, which ZIP codes carry the postal name, what the streets and lots are actually like for collecting a vehicle that does not run — to justify their own section.

Those sections are below. Each is part of this same company: the same operator, the same phone number, the same email. None of them is a separate office, address or business listing, and none of them claims to be.

Every other area in the list above is covered from this page. A town gets its own section only when there is something specific to say about it — not because it is on the coverage list.

Confirming your location

The request form asks for the ZIP code where the vehicle is currently sitting — not your home address, if those differ. That is the one that matters for collection.
