Information we collect

The request form collects:

• Vehicle year, make and model
• Whether the vehicle runs, and its condition
• The title situation you selected
• The ZIP code where the vehicle is located
• Your name and phone number
• Your recorded consent to be contacted
• The page URL, campaign parameters and submission timestamp

How we use information

Request details are used only to process your request, assess the vehicle, arrange pickup, and contact you about it. We do not sell personal information to third parties for marketing.

Analytics and tracking

We may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics when configured. These tools may collect usage data such as pages viewed and interactions. No analytics account is active unless its measurement ID has been configured, and no such ID is invented for this site.

Who receives your submission

Your request goes to Junk Cars Boss, the company that buys the vehicle. It is not sold or forwarded to other buyers.

Deleting your information

To ask for your information to be deleted, email info@junkcarsnorthport.com from the address you used, or reference the phone number you submitted. Records that have to be kept for the legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes set out below are retained for that period and no longer.

Data retention

We retain inquiry and transaction information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and compliance purposes.
